LatAmCoders is a platform that connects Latin American developers with U.S. companies seeking to hire remote talent. We provide tools for profile creation, job searching, candidate filtering, and communication facilitation.

3. User Accounts

For Developers:

You must provide accurate and complete profile information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
You must be legally authorized to work in your country of residence

For Companies:

You must provide accurate company information and contact details
You must be authorized to represent your company
You agree to comply with all applicable employment laws
You will not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or nationality

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, another user, or any other person
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the website

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance

For Developers:

LatAmCoders is free for developers. We do not charge developers any fees for using our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

LatAmCoders facilitates connections between developers and companies but is not responsible for the outcome of any professional relationships formed through our platform. Users engage with each other at their own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
